Please contact your other financial institution to verify your account information and confirm eligibility for external transfers. Once verified, delete the incorrect account in APCI eBanking under Make a Transfer > External Accounts and submit a new request with the updated details.
We offer Account-to-Account External Transfers to members who have loans with APCI FCU. This feature allows you to move money seamlessly between your APCI FCU accounts and accounts you own at other financial institutions.
- Use APCI eDeposit: deposit checks in an instant using your mobile device
- Access the ATM Network Locator Tools to locate the surcharge-free ATMs near you that accept deposits
- Mail your check deposit to PO Box 20147, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-0147 (please do not mail cash)
- Make loan payments from other financial institutions with Account-to-Account (A2A) External Transfers
- APCI FCU savings, checking, money market and loan accounts
- Checking, savings and loan accounts at any financial institution that can send/receive ACH transfers
- You must be the account owner for external accounts, and all accounts must be verified before transfers are available
- We recommend contacting your other financial institution to ensure the account you wish to connect to is eligible for external transfers
- External transfers are only available to members in good standing who meet certain requirements
The cutoff time for the day’s processing is 2:00 pm EST. Any transfer submitted after this time will be carried over to be processed the following business day.
- Standard - Funds are credited or debited from account within 3 business days
- Same Day – Funds are debited from account the same business day if submitted prior to the 2:00 pm EST cutoff (same day is not available for incoming credits)
ATM Card cash withdrawal limit is $600 per day. Point of sale limit is $300 per day. Visa Debit Card cash withdrawal limit is $1,000 per day. Point of sale limit is $2,000 per day.
The Credit Union offers several ways to transfer funds. One option is to sign up for APCI ePay, our online bill paying service, to initiate payments to other financial institutions. You can also log in to APCI eBanking and initiate a Domestic Wire Transfer.
To activate your card and set up a PIN, please call 800-631-3197 or 1-727-540-9434 when outside the US. Be prepared with the primary cardholder's date of birth (mm/yy), zip code, and 3-digit security code (same for each cardholder) from the back signature panel of the card. We encourage you to change the PIN to something easy to remember but difficult for others to identify.
If your deposit item is declined, you should call our Member Services Representatives during normal business hours at 800-821-5104. Reasons that deposit items may be declined include ineligible or non-negotiable checks, missing signature or missing endorsement, a stale or post-dated check, poor image quality, daily or monthly deposit dollar amount exceeded, or an unacceptable item.
