Include only attendees who will be viewing the Webinar using the same device (pc, laptop, tablet, smart phone) as the registrant. Attendees who will be using a different device should complete their own RSVP form.

Those who RSVP to attend will receive a Webex webinar email the day prior to the event with a link to join.

  • These emails are sent by an automated source. Please check your Spam or Junk folders if you do not see this email in your inbox by 3:00 pm ET the day before the scheduled event.
  • Click the “Join Event” link from your PC, laptop or mobile device to access the webinar at the time of the event. Please note, if using a mobile device, you will need to download the Cisco Webex Meeting app
