Road Trip Summer Food Truck Friday Lunch Voucher Reservations

Stop by the credit union for a fun, summer-themed afternoon! Enjoy lunch from a local food truck, play yard games, and learn more about our Recreational Vehicle and Motorcycle loan options from APCI FCU.

Event Details:

  • Reserve a free lunch voucher for Cactus Blue by completing the form below.* The food truck will be on-site from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.
  • RV Value Mart and Keystone Harley-Davidson will be on-site from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm to answer your questions about RV and motorcycle ownership.
  • APCI FCU representatives will be available to discuss financing options.

*Quantities are limited. Reserved vouchers can be picked up in the APCI FCU lobby on 8/21/2026 beginning at 11:15 am. Voucher is valid for your choice of one (1) entree and one (1) side, plus a Cinnamon Sugar Churro. Valid when the Cactus Blue food truck is at APCI Federal Credit Union on 8/21/26 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm only. Voucher is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and is forfeited if not used on the date and location specified.
