APCI eCard gives the APCI FCU debit and/or credit cardholder the ability to view their transaction activity, submit a travel notification, or status their card locked or unlocked. A credit cardholder can also make a payment and view their payment history.
Our mobile app (APCI eCard) is available for download in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Search for APCI eCard to find and download our mobile app. Select enroll and enter your debit or credit card number and your first and last name to begin the enrollment process. Once enrolled in APCI eCard, you will log in with the Username and Password you selected. Please note your log in credentials for APCI eCard are separate from your credentials for APCIRCUIT® PC Home Banking Service and APCI eMobile.
You need to have the card number for the APCI FCU credit or debit cards you want to manage using this app, information about the primary cardholder, and contact information that will be used to set up your profile.
When you log in for the first time, use the “Enroll” feature to add your initial APCI FCU card. To add additional APCI FCU cards to the APCI eCard app, launch the app and scroll to the left until you see the “Add a Card” link.
The APCI eCard app allows you to monitor and display all debit card transactions within the past 31 days and all credit card transactions within the past 90 days.
Yes, after logging in on the Account Summary screen, select the card you would like to status. On the bottom left of the card image, click on the green “unlocked” icon to change it to “locked.” The card will then be unavailable for use. When you want to unlock your card, click on the red “locked” icon to change it back. The card will then be available to use.
Yes, after logging in on the Account Summary screen, select the “Card Settings” option at the top of the card you would like to provide a nickname for. Click the blue pencil icon on the right and enter the name you would like to identify your card. You can repeat this option to nickname each of your cards. To exit the “Card Settings” option, click the “Account Summary” option at the top right of the card.
Yes, after logging into the Account Summary screen, select the “View Points” link that appears to the right of “Rewards” at the center of the credit card image. The app presents you with your current rewards points balance.
