ATM/Visa® Debit Card
ATM or Visa Debit Card Disputes/Fraud: Please call the Credit Union at 800-821-5104 during business hours to initiate a claim and close your card if applicable.
- If you have fraud on your card, after business hours, please log in to APCI eBanking and Report Card Lost/Stolen > Someone used my card without my knowledge or call 888-918-7313 to close the card immediately. The Credit Union will still need to be called during business hours to initiate a claim if applicable.
Yes, you can transfer funds between Share Savings, Share Draft Checking and Fast Cash Line of Credit.
Our ATM Card can be used to deposit and/or withdraw money to/from your Share Savings Account. It can also be used for point of sale (PIN generated) purchases from your Share Draft Checking Account at merchants displaying the STAR®, PLUS® and CO-OP® logos. If you do not have a Share Draft Checking Account, you cannot use this card for point of sale purchases.
Our Visa Debit Card can be used to deposit and/or withdraw money to/from your Share Savings Account or Share Draft Checking Account. It can also be used for point of sale (PIN generated) purchases from your Share Draft Checking Account. Our Visa Debit Card has the added advantage of making signature debit purchases from your Share Draft Checking at merchants worldwide displaying the Visa logo.
You can activate your ATM and/or Visa Debit Card by doing a balance inquiry on your Share Savings Account for ATM Cards or Share Draft Checking Account for Visa Debit Cards. You can also call the phone number that appears on the removable label on the front of your new card.

APCI FCU is part of multiple ATM Networks that provide surcharge-free access to your money. Use our ATM Locator to find the most conveniently located ATM. APCI FCU does not maintain the list of surcharge-free ATMs. The list may identify ATMs that are not surcharge-free. APCI FCU allows up to 15 ATM withdrawals per month. You will incur a $1.50 ATM usage fee for any withdrawals numbering more than 15 in one month. Cash back options do not apply toward your 15 monthly withdrawals.
ATM Card cash withdrawal limit is $600 per day. Point of sale limit is $300 per day. Visa Debit Card cash withdrawal limit is $1,000 per day. Point of sale limit is $2,000 per day.
You may report your card lost or stolen through APCI eBanking anytime. To report your lost or stolen card during normal Credit Union business hours, call 800-821-5104, option 2. After business hours, please call our ATM/Visa® Debit Card Hotline at 888-918-7782.
Your ATM card allows for cash withdrawals at any Automated Teller Machine displaying the STAR®, PLUS® or CO-OP® logos. Additionally, our Visa® Debit Card has all the features of the ATM Card with the advantage of making signature debit purchases from your Share Draft Checking Account at merchants world-wide displaying the Visa logo.
No, our Mastercard® Credit Cards and Visa® Debit Cards are contact smart cards that require you to insert the card for identification purposes. The chip must make contact with the card reader to retrieve personal information and make secure payments. Therefore, our cards cannot be scanned from a distance.
Yes. Mastercard and Visa have required US issuers to participate in its account updater services – Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (MABU) and Visa Account Updater (VAU).

No. Merchants are not required to participate in this service. Because of this, it is recommended that cardholders continue to contact all merchants that they have recurring payments established with when card information changes.
Yes. If you are a Mastercard Credit Cardholder or Visa Debit Cardholder and would like to elect not to participate in these services, please fill out the Status Change Form for Mastercard® Automatic Billing Updater (MABU) and Visa Account Updater (VAU). If you opt out of this service, you will need to provide each merchant with your updated account information.
If you have recurring payments set up with a specific merchant(s) on an account and the account information changes due to a card reissue, or lost card, those recurring transactions will not continue to process as normal. You will need to provide each merchant with your updated account information.
Yes. Please fill out the Status Change Form for Mastercard® Automatic Billing Updater (MABU) and Visa Account Updater (VAU).
The file is sent nightly; however, how quickly a merchant receives the updated account information depends on how quickly the merchant updates their records.
