To use APCI eTalk, dial 800-707-2724.

  • Current users will be prompted to enter their six-digit member number (including leading zeros), and existing four-digit PIN
    • If you do not remember your PIN, please Contact Us
  • New users that do not have an established PIN will be prompted to establish one; the six-digit member number (including leading zeros) and full social security number of the primary account owner will have to be entered to authenticate access
