Fast Payments Made Easy
Person-to-Person (P2P) transfers can now be initiated from within the APCI eBanking mobile app. This service allows APCI FCU members the option to quickly and securely send money to friends and family using the recipient's email address or mobile number.
How to get started:
- Log in to APCI eBanking through the Mobile App (P2P is not available through desktop).
- Navigate to Transfer and select Pay a Person.
- Review and accept the Pay a Person Agreement and Authorization.
- Click Continue to Settings if you would like to enable extra notifications, or select Skip and do later.
- To Add a person, select Pay a Person: 2-Step authentication is required.
- After verification, complete the required fields and click Save and Pay.
- When adding a new contact you will be required to add a Security Question and answer to ensure that your payment is reaching your intended recipient. Make it specific to your recipient - tell them what the security question answer is.
To send a payment:
- Select the intended contact
- Click Next
- Enter the payment amount, add a memo (optional), select the share you want the funds debited from, select send date and repeats.
- The amount you entered will populate and Pay.
