Dennis learned about the Credit Union through his coworkers in Pryor, but another deciding factor in his decision to become a member was the low interest rates on refinance mortgages and auto loans. Three of his immediate family are also APCI FCU members. Dennis also tells us that in addition to loan rates, he feels the service provided by the Credit Union team is one of the best benefits of membership.
“It’s the lower interest rates on refinance mortgages, car loans, and Mastercard® Plus that we appreciate the most. We also have savings accounts with APCI FCU that we are pleased with. The service from staff is very personal, and they are always helpful and quick to provide answers. This has proven to be important because, although the Credit Union location is very far from where we live, it is as convenient as having a local office in our town.”

A. Personal service of Credit Union staff.
Q. What type of situation or interaction have you experienced during which the Credit Union, or a Credit Union employee, provided service that made a significant positive impact for you or your family.
A. Obtaining a loan that may have otherwise been difficult to obtain. Working with the staff at the Credit Union to refinance an auto loan was convenient and easy to do. Communication was very helpful throughout the process, making it an easy transition.
