Money Management Made Easy

Link Your External Financial Institutions Accounts within APCI eBanking.

Add your accounts directly in the Make a Transfer screen of APCI eBanking. This feature allows you to move money easily between your eligible APCI FCU accounts and accounts at other financial institutions that you own.

How to get started:
  • Log in to APCI eBanking.
  • Navigate to Make a Transfer (desktop) or Transfer (mobile) and select Add an External Account.
  • Review and accept the Account to Account (A2A) External Transfers Agreement and Authorization.
  • Verify your identity:
    • If prompted, choose a verification method from the dropdown menu and click Next.
    • Enter the code or acknowledge the push notification.
  • Connect your external account:
    • Select your financial institution or search for it.
    • If not found, click I can’t locate my financial institution to add manually.
    • Enter the routing number, account number, and account type, then click Connect.
    • Tip: Confirm details with your other financial institution.
  • Complete verification:
    • For external checking or savings accounts you will receive two small deposits and one withdrawal into your account you are adding. Enter the deposit amounts in APCI eBanking (allow 1–3 business days).
    • For external loan accounts there are no trial deposits, but after entering account information there is a 4-business day waiting period that applies before transfers can begin.
  • Once verified, return to Make a Transfer or Transfer to initiate a new transfer.
  • Repeat for each external account you want to link.

Important Information
  • Incoming transfers have a 2-business day hold. Adjust payment dates accordingly.
