To expedite your account maintenance requests, please follow the instructions below to log in to APCI eBanking (where applicable) or complete, sign and submit the forms below securely through DocuSign eSignature. Government issued photo IDs such as Driver’s License, State-Issued Non-Driver ID Card, U.S. Passport/Passport Card, etc are required for the forms labeled below.

• APCI eDeposit Dollar Limit Change Request - We will notify you through APCI eBanking Message Center when the update has been processed

    • APCI eBanking Users: No charge if completed through APCI eBanking 
    • Non APCI eBanking Users: Complete a Stop Payment Form - (A fee applies)
  • ACH:
    • Complete a Stop Payment Form - (A fee applies) 
• Travel Notification Form
  • APCI eBanking Users: Log in to APCI eBanking > Select the account associated with the card > Select Card Services > Travel Notice
  • Non APCI eBanking Users: Travel Notification Form - Government issued photo ID required
• Wire Transfers
  • Incoming Domestic Wire Transfer Instructions
