APCI eAlerts
APCI eAlerts are account notifications that are available electronically when certain events, which you specify, occur within your account. These notices also allow you to manage your accounts faster and avoid possible fees. You can select to receive APCI eAlerts via email, text or upon login to APCIRCUIT® PC Home Banking Service.
With APCI eAlerts, stay in the know about your:
- Events: you have a maturing certificate, expired transfer, insufficient funds, incoming ACH credit, mailing address change, expiring transfer, failed transfer, statement, and loan payment due
- Balance: your balance goes above or below a specified amount
- Transaction: a debit transaction is posted for an amount over a specified dollar amount
- Item: an item number clears a specified account
- Security: there is an invalid login, ID change, successful login, and password change
- Personal: sent on a specific date with an alert message of your choice
To self-enroll for APCI eAlerts, log in to APCIRCUIT > Settings > eAlerts.
Mastercard® Plus Consumer Alerts & Visa® Purchase Alerts
You choose which types of account alerts you want to receive and how you want to receive them. Whether by text message or email, these alerts help protect you from fraud by putting you in control of your account information.
With Mastercard Plus Consumer Alerts, know when:
- Purchases are made over a selected amount
- A purchase is made without your card being present
- International purchases occur
- A transaction is declined

- A purchase amount threshold is reached

- Purchases are made on the internet or over the phone
