APCIRCUIT® PC Home Banking Service Troubleshooting

Browser Information

Do not use the back or forward button on the browser. It could post the previous transaction a second time in error.

NOTE: APCIRCUIT works best with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. To download Microsoft Internet Explorer, please click here.

We require the use of128 bit encryption for the highest level of security available at this time. You can download this upgrade from Microsoft.

Microsoft Internet Explorer users, please verify that IE is configured to use SSL 3.0 (Secure Socket Layer 3.0):

  1. From Internet Explorer, select Tools from the menu bar.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Security section.
  5. Use SSL 3.0, box should be checked (if not, select it so that it is checked).
  6. Select OK.

MAC users: The latest versions of Mozilla Firefox and Safari browsers are compatible with both APCIRCUIT and APCI PAY®.

Quick Books, Mint and Money formats are available for download through APCIRCUIT, but will not be supported by APCI Federal Credit Union. Any Quicken Express Web Connect questions can be directed to Intuit Support at 800-446-8848.
