To activate your card and set up a PIN, please call 800-631-3197 or 1-727-540-9434 when outside the US. Be prepared with the primary cardholder's date of birth (mm/yy), zip code, and 3-digit security code (same for each cardholder) from the back signature panel of the card. We encourage you to change the PIN to something easy to remember but difficult for others to identify.
Yes, all cardholders can select their own PIN. The primary cardholder's information is used to authenticate the caller. You will identify which cardholder you are by entering your first name into the telephone keypad. You will then be prompted to select your unique PIN. If you do not know the primary cardholder's date of birth (mm/yy), zip code or 3-digit security code (same for each cardholder), the system will be unable to authenticate the caller and will not transfer you to a representative due to security reasons. You will need to call back once you have the required information in hand.
APCI eDeposit is accessed through the APCI eBanking Mobile App. In order to use APCI eDeposit, you will be required to download the APCI eBanking App to your smartphone or tablet. Once downloaded and logged in, select Deposit from the bottom navigation bar to begin. Please note, first time users will have to agree to the Terms & Conditions to begin making mobile check deposits.
There are no points. There is a low one-time processing fee due at the time of disbursal for a Refinance Mortgage Loan, which can be financed into the loan or paid out of pocket. There are no processing fees for Home Equity Loans. For all loan types, appraisal fees in excess of $500 and recording fees in excess of $200 will be the responsibility of the borrower. Appraisal fees are generally less than $500. Recording fees in most states are under $200. States with high recording fees include, but are not limited to: CA, NY, MD, KS, FL, VA, and the Parish of Orleans in LA. Please contact the Credit Union for more information.
ATM Card cash withdrawal limit is $600 per day. Point of sale limit is $300 per day. Visa Debit Card cash withdrawal limit is $1,000 per day. Point of sale limit is $2,000 per day.
The Credit Union offers several ways to transfer funds. One option is to sign up for APCI ePay, our online bill paying service, to initiate payments to other financial institutions. You can also log in to APCI eBanking and initiate a Domestic Wire Transfer.

You can activate your ATM and/or Visa Debit Card by doing a balance inquiry on your Savings Account for ATM Cards or Checking Account for Visa Debit Cards. You can also call the phone number that appears on the removable label on the front of your new card.
